Questions about sizing and fit of second-hand clothing

How do sizes run for second-hand clothing?
Vintage and second-hand clothing may fit differently than modern sizes. Older garments are often made smaller. We recommend always checking the measurements in the product description and comparing them with a garment you already have that fits well.
How do I measure myself for the right size?

Measure yourself at the following points:

  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waist (the narrowest part)
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips
  • Length: For tops: from shoulder to hem. For trousers: inside leg length

Compare these measurements with the dimensions in our product descriptions.

What if the garment doesn't fit?
Doesn't the item fit? No problem! You can return it within 14 days, provided the item is unworn and in original condition. See our return policy for more information about the return process.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your country:

  • Netherlands: €4.50 with DHL (1-2 working days) or €4.50 with HOMERR (3-5 working days). Free from €50.
  • Belgium and Luxembourg: €9.50 with DHL (2-3 working days) or €4.50 with HOMERR, free from €50 (2-4 working days).
  • Other EU countries: €9.50 with DHL (3-5 working days).

The delivery time in brackets is the number of working days your parcel is on its way. We ship your order within 1-2 working days.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery then usually takes 1-2 business days within the Netherlands. For Belgium this is 2-3 business days. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your package is on its way.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and in original condition. Return costs are at your own expense. Contact us for the return address and further instructions.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because all our items are unique (second-hand), exchanging for the same size is unfortunately not possible. You can return the item and order another item from our collection.

The clothing industry is one of the most polluting industries in the world. By buying second-hand:

  • You prevent clothing from ending up in landfill
  • You reduce the demand for new production
  • You limit CO2 emissions from transport and production

Every second-hand purchase is a step towards a more sustainable world!

Where do your items come from?
Our collection consists of carefully selected second-hand items. We work with local collectors and only select garments that are still in excellent condition. Each item is checked for quality before it appears in our shop.
Are the items washed before shipping?
Yes, all items are professionally cleaned and inspected before they appear in our shop. You always receive a fresh and clean garment.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with:
  • iDEAL
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Bancontact (for Belgium)
  • Apple Pay

All payments are securely processed via Mollie.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible via email. Is your order already on its way? Then you can return it after receipt according to our return policy.
How do I know if my order was successful?
After a successful payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order number. Haven't received an email? Check your spam folder or contact us.
