1. Definitions

3. Offer and Agreement
All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to availability.
An agreement is concluded when the buyer receives an order confirmation by email.
GSYL reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are stated separately and added to the total amount.
Payment is made via the available payment methods on the website (iDEAL, credit card, etc.).
In case of non-timely payment, the buyer is in default by operation of law.
5. Delivery
GSYL aims to ship orders within 2-5 business days.
Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the buyer to compensation if exceeded.
The risk of the products transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
Delivery takes place at the address specified by the buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
The buyer must return the product within 14 days of reporting the withdrawal.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

7. Warranty and Conformity
All products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.
The statutory warranty applies to all products.
Defects must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 2 months after discovery.
8. Liability
The liability of GSYL is limited to the amount paid out by the liability insurance.
GSYL is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits.
This limitation does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
9. Complaints Procedure

GSYL aims to handle complaints within 14 days.
In case of disputes, the buyer can appeal to the Disputes Committee via the ODR platform of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
10. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
